FIXED APPOINTMENTS
We don’t change your appointment to suit our business needs. If your stylist/ beauty therapist is unexpectedly away we will let you know. If they are taking leave we will let you know.

PROFESSIONAL ADVICE
We will never advise or encourage you to have services that don’t enhance your appearance. We will never advise you to make product purchases that don’t benefit and enhance your hair and skin.

WE GUARANTEE
Your haircut, long, medium or short will be wash and wear and if not please visit us within 7 days and we will schedule your complimentary haircut. You will experience the same service standards regardless which of our salons you visit, whether it’s the beginning or end of the day, the beginning or end of the week.

We will never cut or color your hair without a comprehensive consultation. You will understand what your hairdresser is going to do and how much it will cost. You will be a active participant of this process.

TRAINING & PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
All our staff participate in on-going professional development. Training is delivered by both Frank and other leading professionals chosen by Frank for their expertise. Constantly up grading our skill will give you the best modern contemporary hair we can create.

COLOR
We only use professional products that are innovative, plant derived, gentle to your hair and long lasting. All our staff must go through a rigorous color training program. Our philosophy is that hair color must be complimentary to skin and eye tones. Whether classic, contemporary or “edgy” it has to lift, enhance and add to your facial features.
